At BO&S, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping procedures.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of exceptionally high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details where available.


Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery estimates apply to most destinations within Pakistan:

Karachi

  • Expected delivery within 24 hours after dispatch.

Sindh (Outside Karachi)

  • Expected delivery within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan & Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK)

  • Expected delivery within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, security situations, and other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

From time to time, BO&S may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or social media channels.


Order Tracking

Where supported by the courier service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring availability to receive the package.


Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their internal policies.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to BO&S.

BO&S reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatching returned orders.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers must ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address.

  • The exact payable amount should be available at the time of delivery whenever possible.

  • Repeated order refusals may result in future COD restrictions or cancellation of subsequent orders.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

BO&S shall not be liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Delays

While BO&S works closely with reputable courier partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or security situations

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote-area accessibility

Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or claims against BO&S.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact BO&S within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the products received

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


International Shipping

At present, BO&S primarily serves customers within Pakistan.

International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be communicated separately where applicable.


Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
