At BO&S, we take pride in creating premium apparel and providing a positive customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition, free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

  • Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and promotional materials included.

  • Be returned in the original shipping bag or box whenever possible.

BO&S reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products included with an order.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.


Exchanges & Size Changes

To help customers select the correct size, detailed size information is provided on our website and social media channels.

If you require sizing guidance before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us via Instagram or through our Contact page.

As many BO&S collections are produced in limited quantities, we are generally unable to guarantee size, color, or style exchanges once an order has been placed. Exchange requests may be considered only if inventory is available at the time of processing.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • BO&S is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BO&S or a defective product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Upon verification, BO&S will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
