There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from BO&S:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from BO&S can be returned to BO&S. 
• Product returned must be in original conditions without any sort of alteration. 
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the  promotional items included in the shipping bag/box.
• Returns are at the Customer's expense.
